Thank you for shopping at Penny Thoughts. Every customer is valued and I hope you are 100% happy with your purchase.

Here are some frequently asked questions and the shipping/postal policies.

When will I get my order?

Some of the items in store have been premade by myself, and others are made as they are ordered. Please allow for 7-12 days for your items to be shipped. Most of the time I am able to ship these items well before these time frames. It can take up to 9 days for Australia post to deliver parcels. For international shipping, I have experienced items taking up to 3 weeks.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Once your item has been posted I am unable to take responsibility if Australia post misplace or damages that item. I can however, offer added security to your purchase by having your items sent by registered post, yes the price is little more, but I would say it is worth it.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

I cannot refund your purchase for a change of mind.

If your item is not what you ordered or there are other reasons why you are not happy with the item please contact me within 7 days of you receiving the product and we can resolve the issue, after all, happy customers are my goal.

If there is a fault in the product I am happy to provide you with a full refund less postage, or provide you with a new item of the same value in its place.

About the handmade items

Because every item in my store is handmade there may be some variations in pattern placement. The overall product will be as shown in the product photos.

Custom Orders

If you have a particular colour theme in mind then please do not hesitate to contact me! I love to work with you in customising your space. Once I have your order it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to source the materials and make the product. I will keep you updated along the way with photos and colour and style confirmation etc.

Your privacy is my priority

Penny Thoughts takes customer privacy very serious. Your person details you provide such as email address and postal address will not be passed on. Ever.
